Flatiron and NoMad apartments sit above the busiest retail blocks in the city and, more than anywhere else we work, double as offices. That means cleaning around a desk that's in use, windows that face Broadway, and a schedule that has to fit between calls.

Broadway, Fifth and the 20s: former showrooms and manufacturing floors with high ceilings, big windows and elevators that open into the apartment.
New condos and conversions
Madison Square Park and NoMad towers with concierge desks, stone bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling glass.
Home offices
Two monitors on the dining table, a standing desk in the bedroom. We clean around working setups without unplugging anything.
What the dirt is like here
- Broadway and Fifth Avenue traffic and construction put a constant film on street-facing glass and sills.
- Madison Square Park's trees do the same thing Central Park's do: pollen in April, leaf litter in October, through any open window.
- Home offices collect a specific dust: cables, monitor backs, keyboards. We dust electronics dry and never spray them.
- Many buildings have retail below and deliveries early; mid-morning and afternoon windows are quietest.
Getting in: doormen, keys and COIs
Concierge and doorman buildings send us to the service elevator and may ask for a COI; loft buildings have a freight car with hours and a super who likes notice. If you're working from home, tell us the calls to avoid and we'll work room to room around you.

Questions Flatiron & NoMad clients ask
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most clients give us a key, a lockbox code or leave keys with the doorman. Your cleaner texts you when they're on the way, when they arrive and when they're done, and you get a photo summary at the end.
What days and times do you work?
Seven days a week, with arrival windows of 8am–12pm, 10am–2pm, 12pm–4pm and 4pm–7pm. Pick the windows that suit you when you book and we'll confirm a time inside one of them.
Do you offer discounts for recurring cleans?
Yes: 30% off weekly, 25% off bi-weekly, 15% off monthly, on every visit from your second clean. Start a weekly or bi-weekly plan and the deep clean on your first visit (normally +$75) is free, so you begin from a proper reset. Recurring clients also get the same cleaner each time and priority on their preferred day.
How soon can you come?
Online booking is next-day at the earliest. Same-day is often possible when a cleaner has an opening: text us and we'll tell you straight away.
